4. Prohibited Uses

Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the App’s source code.
Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Introduce malicious software or engage in activity that may harm the App or other users.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
HalfTank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of fuel pricing data or discounts.
6. Limitation of Liability
Meta Craft LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to financial losses due to outdated fuel price information.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the App if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.
8. Updates and Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised terms.
